Submit 30 day notice

Submit a 30-day notice form. Only one 30 day notice required per apartment. We will contact tenant(s) after 48 hours to confirm their move out.

Pre-move out inspection

The best way to maximize your Security Deposit refund is to complete a pre-move out inspection with your resident manager. Use your Move in Worksheet for reference and identify what areas need to be cleaned, painted or repaired before you leave.

Schedule a move out inspection

Contact your resident manager and schedule a date and time to perform the final walk through.

The move out inspection

When the apartment is empty and you are ready to hand over your keys, complete a move out inspection with your resident manager. Sign the form and include your new address if you have not done so previously.

Additional Information

BovoyagePlease remove all of your belongings when you leave the building. Any furniture or personal items left in the building will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the tenant's expense. We recommend the unwanted items be taken to a recycling or resale facility like Goodwill or Urban Ore. We are sorry to see you leave and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
